Have you unpacked the archived to the correct directory? (<Programs>/iPod/iPod Reset Utility) Maybe it can't find program resources so no text is displayed. Tried clicking or highlighting gen 2 with curser keys but nothing. So clicked the button and got a new empty box with just an oval button in the bottom left and nothing else. Tried clicking it, waiting - only thing that works is clicking the "x" to close the box. Any ideas? I am running it as admin and as XP sp2. Thanks. Hi

I'm by no means an Apple expert, I rather hate it with a passion.
